Same Day Surgery Outpatient Coder Job Description
This is a HOSPITAL coder position. Only experienced HOSPITAL/acute care medical coders will be considered for this role. Please also note that you can work remotely. Only applicants who meet all of the following qualifications will be considered:

- Current RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CCS-P AHIMA Certification
- Three (3) to five (5) years coding patient records in a hospital facility environment
- Experience with 3M, True Code or Quantim encoders
- Navigation experience with an EMR; experience with EPIC is a plus
- Ability to pass pre-employment assessments, drug test, and background screenings
- Computer skills a must
