Bachelor’s degree from The University of Miami.  Over 20 years of professional experience in logistics, operations and project management within E-Commerce and Healthcare fields.  I pride myself on developing strong relationships with clients to ensure clear and efficient communication channels .  Strong analytic skills with a focus on details and out of the box thinking to come up with solutions to complex issues.  I work closely with the IT department to ensure the best practical solutions for both the company and clients.  Work closely with clients to ensure all projects stay on track and within scope.  Develop analytical reports for both internal needs and clients for better operational management.
